Tell me the process to associate my Society with SocietyConnect™ Platform?

Click on the "Contact Us" link. On the resulting screen , please provide necessary details and we will get in touch with you very next day to take it forward or organize a demo with your team in your complex to explain the features and functionality provided by SocietyConnect™.

How do we get organized a Demo of SocietyConnect™?

Click on the big black “Demo" button. On the resulting screen click "Create your account (It's Free!)" button. Here you can provide the details of your Apartment Complex. This will create an account which is the secure private portal for your Society Complex.

Can you elaborate on pricing and cost associated with this application to get installed for my Society?

Yes! Depending on number of users in your Society Complex we may provide you rebates; however all the rebates provided are at the sole discretion of SocietyConnect™.

My Apartment Complex already has SocietyConnect™, how do I register myself?

Click on the "Contact Us’ link; select your City and Apartment/Villa Complex from the drop down. Click on "Join" button. On completing the form, you will receive an email confirming your registration. Following the approval of your SocietyConnect™’s admin, you will be live!

Will our data be secure on SocietyConnect™?

Yes. We at SocietyConnect™ understand that the information you provide is of a personal nature and we respect your privacy. We have employed the most advanced technology in Internet Security. When you access your SocietyConnect™, information is encrypted using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL), which is the Industry Standard. This is the reason why our Login Page loads separately, with the URL starting with 'HTTPS:' - where S stands for Secure. SocietyConnect™ is deployed in Amazon Cloud which is by far the most secured place and it has automated backup system integrated.

With Accounting Package on SocietyConnect™, do we need accounting software like Tally?

No! SocietyConnect™ provides complete Financial Management functionality to manage all financial functions for a Housing Society. Income, Expenses, TDS, Service Tax, Bank Reconciliation, General Ledger, Balance Sheet, Income & Expense Report are available. The Accounting Module is integrated seamlessly with the Member Database - so reminders through email, SMS as well as E-Receipts will be mailed to the residents. System allows you to generate and publish various Finance and Accounts related reports. System has built in auditing process for your financial transactions and reports back any discrepancy in data

Can we export the data created in our SocietyConnect™?

Yes, all relevant data present in your specific SocietyConnect™ can be exported anytime. This includes the Residents' List, Vendors' List, Helpdesk Tickets, Projects, Income Line Items, Expense Line Items, all Accounting Journal Entries, and Documents. Following the Privacy Policy of SocietyConnect™, Resident's phone numbers are not part of the Resident's List export. Export of Residents' List with Phone Numbers can be enabled by SocietyConnect™ on need basis, after receiving written official communication from you.
