The resident Management System helps the Committee Members and Facility Team to manage end to end site and communication with the residents which each resident views and participates through their Android/ IOS Mobile APP. The features for the resident Management are as follows:

(Viewable to Committee Members / Facility manager and not residents)
- Reporting of ticket categories and complete reporting of time and issues
- Options for Generating auto JOB ID

- All Circulars sent to residents mobile APP through a Flash/ Push Notifications
- Attachments/ Images can be instantly seen.
- Option to send circulars to different types of resident category such as owners, tenants etc
Booking of Facilities
- e.g. Club Booking /Gym etc.
- Payment Matrix attached
- Payment gateway attached to each booking by resident
Movement of Residents Tracking /Auto Update of Resident Manager
Tenant and Owner Move in and Move out tracked through the system resulting in auto updating of resident’s detail.
